  • Secure admission from a designated learning institution and confirm whether a provincial or territorial attestation letter is required.
  • Prepare tuition, living expense, identity, academic, and language evidence before filing.
  • Submit the study permit application with biometrics, medical exam, and additional documents when requested.
  • Track work conditions and maintain full-time student status after arrival.

Budget lens

Costs and Scholarships

Tuition differs by province, provider type, and level of study.

Families should budget tuition, living expenses, travel, insurance, and application fees together.

Scholarships may be entrance-based, faculty-based, or country-specific.
