Australia visa planning starts before the offer stage. Students should prepare academics from SEE, +2 and Bachelor where applicable, passport, IELTS/PTE, CV case by case, and work letter for master students with a study gap.
After receiving the offer, prepare GS documents: income documents of minimum NPR 24-30 lakhs, one-year bank statement, three years tax clearance, ward income verification, ward tax clearance, relationship certificate, sponsor citizenship, sponsorship letter, all passport pages, student citizenship, education loan sanction letter, mortgage deed, and property valuation.
After GS approval, pay tuition fees and take NOC. Then complete medical through accepted clinics such as Norvic, IOM, Siddhi Poly Clinic, or Medicity.
For COE, prepare education loan disbursement, TT or payment slips, loan account bank statement, and signed offer letter. Lodge the visa with updated GS documents, bank statement updated until 2-3 days before lodgment, and police report, then complete biometrics through VFS Global.
Approximate fees: tuition commonly ranges from AUD 18,000 to AUD 50,000 per year, visa lodgment is about AUD 2,030, biometrics about NPR 3,000, insurance about NPR 200,000 to NPR 210,000, and medical about NPR 10,000 to NPR 20,000 depending on hospital.
